1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the aces58 platform available at aces58.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "aces58," or "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the aces58 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Your continued use of aces58 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the date of amendment.

aces58 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of aces58 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing online gaming. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The aces58 platform is operated under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is intended for use by players located within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using aces58 is lawful in your jurisdiction. aces58 does not represent that access to the Platform is legal in all locations.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on aces58, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address;
• Create a unique username and a strong password for your aces58 Login credentials;
• Accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of aces58 or any of its affiliated game studio partners.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on aces58. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, aces58 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending or unsettled bonus credits, and withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your aces58 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, nor permit any other individual to access the Platform using your account.

aces58 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify aces58 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.2 Accuracy of Account Information

You are required to ensure that all personal information associated with your aces58 account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your personal details, including your registered mobile number, email address, or linked payment method, must be updated promptly via your account settings or through the aces58 support team. aces58 is not responsible for failed transactions, undelivered communications, or compliance failures resulting from outdated account information.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

aces58 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification on all registered players prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires you to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, along with such additional documentation as aces58 may reasonably request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request notice may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aces58 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). aces58 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion services are offered on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits to your aces58 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the source payment account is registered to a name other than the registered aces58 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be subject to refund and account investigation. The minimum deposit amount at aces58 is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your linked GCash or bank account's own transaction limits will apply.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your aces58 account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be remitted to a payment account registered in the same legal name as your aces58 account;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal;
• aces58 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems to require additional review;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times for verified GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically between three and fifteen minutes during normal operating conditions.

4.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. aces58 will notify the registered email address of the account holder thirty (30) days prior to the account being classified as inactive. An administrative fee of ₱100 per calendar month may be applied to inactive accounts with a positive balance, following the initial notification period.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by aces58 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus credits awarded by aces58 carry a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from your bonus balance or any winnings derived from bonus play. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus credits and wagering progress that remain incomplete at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Promotion Eligibility

aces58 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its discretion. Promotions are generally available to players who have completed registration and identity verification. Certain promotions may be restricted to players in specific VIP tiers, players who have made a qualifying deposit within a specified period, or players who have been specifically invited by aces58. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6. Games and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The aces58 game library, which includes live casino games, slot titles, bingo rooms, fishing games (including Shade Dragon Fishing and Prosperity Fortune Tree), and sports betting markets, is subject to change without prior notice. aces58 may add, modify, or remove games and markets at any time, including in response to regulatory direction from PAGCOR or at the request of game studio partners.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on aces58. These limits are displayed within each game or market prior to placing a bet. aces58 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time, including imposing individual account-level limits where aces58 deems it appropriate in the context of responsible gaming obligations or risk management requirements.

6.3 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game or betting event, aces58 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant player accounts. aces58 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical malfunctions that are outside its reasonable control, including failures originating within third-party game studio software. The decision of aces58 regarding the outcome of disputed game rounds shall be final.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered by aces58, including markets on PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and sabong, are subject to the specific rules published in the aces58 sportsbook. Results are determined in accordance with the applicable rules for each sport or event type. aces58 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with its sportsbook rules in the event of postponed events, abandoned matches, or other exceptional circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aces58 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering while under the age of 21 years, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account;
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly poker or live casino games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported to aces58 support and will be voided;
• Using the aces58 platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under Philippine law;
• Making deposits using payment accounts not registered in your own legal name (third-party funding);
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse as described in Section 5.2;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or in communications with aces58 support;
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the aces58 platform infrastructure, servers, or databases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the aces58 platform, including but not limited to the aces58 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the property of aces58 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; use the aces58 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by aces58; or scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

aces58 collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with the aces58 Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on aces58, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by aces58 is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming programme administration, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent for marketing). aces58 does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aces58 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated game studio partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if aces58 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aces58's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their aces58 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit aces58's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Amendments to Terms

aces58 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations under this agreement — aces58 will provide no less than fourteen (14) days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect, delivered via your registered email address or via an in-platform notification during login.

Amendments that are required by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive, or that are made for security or fraud prevention purposes, may take effect immediately without prior notice. Your continued use of the aces58 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you may close your aces58 account before the amendment takes effect by contacting our support team via live chat, Messenger, or Viber. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus credits) will be remitted to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the aces58 platform, or your account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to commencing formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution of any dispute with aces58 through good-faith negotiation by contacting the aces58 support team in writing with a detailed description of the issue. aces58 will endeavour to respond to all written dispute notices within ten (10) business days.

For disputes related to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, you may also submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. aces58 is committed to cooperating fully with any PAGCOR-directed investigation or mediation process.
